I am an integrative nurse and educator with over 25 years of experience in nursing and holistic health. My work is grounded in clinical practice and shaped by a deep respect for the body’s capacity to regulate, adapt, and heal when supported by the right conditions.
My professional background includes decades in traditional healthcare alongside advanced training in integrative nursing, yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic health. This dual foundation has allowed me to work comfortably at the intersection of physiology and lived experience, bridging evidence-based understanding with practices that honor rhythm, context, and the whole person.
Over time, I’ve come to see that healing is rarely about force or fixing. More often, it is about creating environments, both internal and external, that support steadiness, regulation and resilience. This perspective informs how I teach, speak and guide, whether I’m working with individuals, professional audiences or community groups.
I am a Registered Nurse, a board-certified holistic nurse, an Ayurvedic coach and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher. I regularly teach and present on topics related to nervous system health, Ayurvedic rhythms and whole-person care, and I am a scheduled presenter at the American Holistic Nurses Association Conference in June 2026.
I am also the founder of Sanctuary Yoga + Wellness Collective, a shared space shaped by a community of like-minded teachers, providers and practitioners. Sanctuary was created as a place for practice, education and connection... guided by shared values of presence, rhythm and whole-person well-being.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the body knows how to move toward health when we stop working against it. This belief continues to guide my work... quietly, consistently and in relationship with the people and communities I serve.
