Welcome.

I have been a local school nurse and CPR instructor for over 25 years and have been teaching yoga and meditation in the community since 2018.  

My focus is on foundational, traditional and integrative healing modalities to help you create space within and around you, tapping in to your body's natural state of balance and health.  I am particularly interested in the science of yoga, specifically its soothing effect on the nervous system.  Throughout my own personal practice and in response to the current issues I see as a nurse, I have found my way to more meditative and restorative forms of yoga in direct opposition to an over-stimulated, stressful climate. 

I am a board certified holistic nurse and am currently training in Ayurveda and herbal medicine.  As a health care provider my goal is to help you nurture your own relationship with your mind, body and spirit while supporting you on your journey of personal transformation and health.
